Grappa di Barolo
This precious distillate is obtained from the nebbiolo pomace of Barolo and is directly distilled in a steam boiler using discontinuous distillation.
Technical data
Colour:intensely golden.
Aroma:broad, with dried fruit, mountain hay and coconut.
Taste:warm, persistent and pleasantly dry, with great balance.
