Barolo Chinato

At the end of the 19th century, Barolo wine was added to a medicinal herb and spice infusion of China calisaya to obtain a refined and elegant flavoured wine.

Today has been adapted for 90 days of maceration and is sold in 500mL bottles.

Colour:garnet red.

Aroma:complex, with cloves, cinnamon, rhubarb and gentian.
