Starting October 12th, the 94th edition of the Alba White Truffle International Fair kicks off – a nearly century-old celebration of fine food and Italian excellence.
The heart of the fair, which runs for nine weeks, is the World Truffle Market and AlbaQualità, held in the Courtyard of Maddalena. Tenuta Carretta will be there again this year, at stand no. 3. This is where you’ll find truffle hunters and a curated selection of exhibitors, showcasing the very best of Piedmont’s food and wine. It’s the ideal spot to sample and purchase the finest truffles from the forests of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato!
Come visit us every Saturday and Sunday from October 12th to December 8th, between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM.

The Truffle Experience

With Tenuta Carretta’s Truffle Experience, you can see what happens before the truffle makes it to your table. You’ll head into the woods around Tenuta Carretta with a professional truffle hunter and his trusty dog, exploring hazelnut groves and forest trails in search of the prized Tuber magnatum Pico, surrounded by the autumn beauty of the Roero hills.
