THE ENOTECA – WINE SHOP AND TOURS Situated in a welcoming environment, the wine shop is the true gateway to discovering Tenuta Carretta. The space offers the opportunity to choose among different “tasting itineraries”, designed to take guests on a tasteful journey to discover our wines, and directly purchase all the labels produced by the winery.

VINE TREKKING Immersed between the vineyard landscapes of Roero, Tenuta Carretta’s “Grape’s Road” is the ideal vine-trekking path for those who love the colors, sounds and scents of nature. A 2.1 km route built on a white trail which takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete.

ALBERGO DI CHARME Nine suites built from the ancient courtyard, overlooking the property vineyards. Elegant rooms exuding a traditional design inspired by the taste of ancient Piedmontese nobility. Each room is named after the great vineyards of Tenuta Carretta: the proof of the unbreakable bond between the hotel and the winery.

RISTORANTE 21.9 Let Flavio Costa, awarded with one Michelin star, take you on an exciting and evocative journey. His cuisine comes from the blue waves of Savona, his homeland, reminiscing his childhood in Liguria through his fish dishes, but also with vegetables from the plain of Albenga and the wild game that his grandfather took home after hunting on the Apennines. His culinary journey continues on the green and ocher waves of the Roero hills, where he found perfect harmony with the wines of Tenuta Carretta.

But Tenuta Carretta’s constellation of refined hospitality also reaches the Langhe, a land where two of the most important Italian wine denominations are born: Barolo and Barbaresco.

LOCANDA CARRETTA IN CANNUBI This is a spectacular location, perhaps one of the most iconic of the territory: situated on the famous Cannubi hill, one of the most renowned vineyards in Langhe, where Tenuta Carretta’s Barolo Cannubi and Barolo Cannubi Riserva come to life. Rising almost at the top of the famous hill, the restaurant is in the center of the homonymous property vineyard: a small gem unveiling local cuisine with a refined and elegant flair, featuring a spacious terrace and panoramic views of the vineyards.

VILLA GARASSINO A modern farmhouse built on one of the most scenic spots among the hills of Barbaresco, situated a few kilometers east of Alba. Villa Garassino is a captivating farmhouse with a pool: a country house to relax and enjoy the wonders of the Langhe, and also a wine shop with dozens of local and international labels, including Tenuta Carretta, Malgrà and Edoardo Miroglio. Villa Garassino also has a gourmet restaurant, Bistrovino, offering exciting and suggestive dishes that highlight the skillful use of local ingredients.
