Due cappelli of Flavio Costa in the Guida de L’Espresso “I Ristoranti d’Italia 2018”

The ristorante 21.9 Flavio Costa a Tenuta Carretta has received the 2 cappelli (cucina di qualità e di ricerca) in the Guida de L’Espresso – I Ristoranti d’Italia 2018.

The guide, I Ristoranti d’Italia 2018, direct from Enzo Vizzari, is celebrating the 40th edition. The first few pages of this special guide, distinguished by its gold cover, traces the forerunners of the epochal turn; the masters of yesterday and today, the future stars, and the emerging trends that will be immortalized by the Gold Awards given out annually by the guide. Presented in Florence, at the Leopolda Station, the guide is created by a team of collaborators (which we count currently count 90) that together sketch an image of the state of gastronomy. After various ‘inspections’, there is an exclusive selection of establishments: around 2000 locations are listed in the volume (648 pages), chosen from more than 200 000 that were nominated as “food administers”, and of these, 700 wear at least one chef’s hat.
