Two months of Show Cooking in Milan Malpensa, with the tasty dishes of the Restaurant 21.9 and the fine wines of Tenuta Carretta

It begins Saturday 1 April and is repeating for eight intense weekend!

With a nice event takes start the calendar dedicated to the celebrations of the 550th anniversary of our estate: is the first stage of the program of events that will see us protagonists in the coming months, many celebratory activities, designed to evoke the centuries-old history of Carretta and, above all, to communicate what the estate is today, namely, an excellent world of quality in the national and international production and wine tourism.

In April and May we will be present with an exhibition devoted to us, in the promotional space enoteca Emozioni Malpensa airport, one of the elegant duty free shop that arise in boarding international flights area. Here, from the 1st of April and for the next eight long weekend, from Friday to Monday, the travelers of the main airport in Milan will enjoy our prestigious wines of the Langhe and Roero, combined with small delicacies prepared by starred chef Flavio Costa, patron of 21.9 Restaurant and Luxury Hotel at Tenuta Carretta.

The corner cooking show will be decorated with graphics evoking the incomparable charm of our estate and its 35 hectares of vineyards. There will be a big desk to make support for cups and saucers from delicious finger food, the same will be the showcase for the eight labels of Tenuta Carretta present for tasting, as well as lower exhibitors wooden totems and a large barrel that will act as additional point of attraction.

The wines tasted, served and described by a pleasant hostess sommelier, will be: our well-known wine flagship Cayega Roero Arneis, Barbera d'Alba Superiore Bric Quercia, Nebbiolo Langhe Podio, the two Barbaresco cru, Garassino and Bordino, and the two cru Barolo Cascina Ferrero and Cannubi, addition to the top wine of the cellar Malgrà of Mombaruzzo (AT), the Nizza Mora Sassi.

For food tastings, however, will be some goodies made by Flavio Costa, such offers, his cult dish, the gourds trumpets cream, with cuttlefish in black and candied peels of lemons, scheduled for the first weekend. Later, this gourmet list for the month of April:

2nd week - veal with tuna sauce Cube

3rd week - tartlet creamed stockfish

4th week - Terrine of meat poultry and composed of green tomatoes

So, mark the date and place: if you have to travel from Malpensa program, with international destinations and falling on weekends in April and May, come and visit!
